Since attending Salisbury Art College back in the 80’s my career-driven mind steered me for decades down many different creative avenues but not involving painting

Only recently have I picked up my artist brush after years of using the excuse of being "too busy" or just "not feeling it" 

Over the last 2 years including lockdown, I have found massive influences from my personal life and my local environment which has unleashed my passionate artistic mind back to the paint board

I relish the unpredictability and excitement of blowing, pouring and swiping acrylic paint, bringing coloured cells literally rising out and bursting into my work

Its all in the cells.... 

 I’m constantly trying new techiques and recently worked with difficult resin to finish some projects with a polished mirrored finish

​

All my commissions  have been extremely welcomed

 Please appreciate that my painting techniques are unique and can never be replicated due to unpredictability with how the cells form

​

Themes and colours can be produced from any given brief and the cells  work their magic beautifully, their way
